CAFA Manila stands for both the Center for Aspiring Flight Attendants and the Center for Advancement in Function and Alignment—united by one purpose: to empower individuals and organizations through people-centered, industry- aligned training.
Rooted in aviation discipline, CAFA Manila is a premier learning center offering three transformative tracks: Flight Attendant experiential training, Brand and Culture programs with service excellence, and Leadership and QMS development. We began with a mission to prepare future cabin crew through real-world, confidence-building experiences—and have since expanded to equip professionals, teams, and institutions with tools to refine identity, elevate culture, and strengthen operational systems.
