1. What does CAFA Manila stand for, and what programs do you offer?

CAFA Manila stands for the Center for Aspiring Flight Attendants, specializing in aviation discipline and cabin crew experiential training for students, aspirants and OJT learners
We also operate as the Center for Advancement in Function and Alignment, providing programs in Brand and Service Excellence, Leadership, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Our programs cater to professionals and organizational leaders.

2. Is CAFA an airline company or a recruitment agency? Do you offer job assistance?

CAFA Manila is not an airline company or a recruitment agency. We offer mentorship and career coaching during and after training to guide you as you prepare to land a job in thie career in aviation.

3. What are the qualifications (age, height, weight, education)
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Education: At least a high school graduate (old or SHS curriculum)
  • Height and weight must fall within a healthy BMI range
  • College degree is not required but accepted from any course
4. Do you accept OJT (On-the-Job Training)?

Yes, we accept OJT enrollees upon submission of a school MOA or school endorsement letter and fulfillment of program requirements. Required documents include a valid ID (school or government), resume with photo, and a health certificate indicating fitness or any medical condition.

5. How much is the training program?

Our full Flight Attendant training program is ₱39,990 for college graduates and full program attendees. Special rates and group packages are available through school partnerships. Rates for school-based workshops and CAFA Talks vary based on program requirements. Please inquire directly.

6. What is CAFA's goal for its students?

Our mission is to provide industry-relevant training that reflects actual airline standards and industry practices. We guide, mentor, and empower students and aspirants to prepare confidently and professionally for the flight attendant career.

7. Are uniforms included in the program?

To maintain affordability, uniforms are not included in the program fee. Prescribed attire guidelines will be discussed during orientation.
